This is the first time I have sent for any product from Willow Cashmere. The pieces are lovely and so beautifully presented in their own bags. Definitely will use Willow again . Thank you....

Im so sorry you feel Willow is too expensive. The reason we do not wholesale our products is because we do not mark up our products to nearly the same level as other companies, we prefer the saving goes to the customer. We use a very high grade, pure cashmere and our products are hand loomed and dyed which is labour intensive but produces a very special and unique product. I would be very pleased if you email info@willowcashmere.com with information on the item purchased and details of a comparable product of similar standard that you feel is priced more reasonably and would be really happy to look into this.
Regarding the postage, we will look into offering more 'free postage' alerts, but as a small company i'm afraid we are unable to offer permanent free postage.
