I am so glad to hear that you love the quality of the wrap but I'm sorry to hear your comments about having to store with soap. I think the smell you mention is caused by the dyeing process. The good news is that yes, you can wash your wrap! They wash beautifully in the machine on a low temperature and will keep their shape and become even softer against your skin. Service and delivery is fast = excellent. Communication and handling of problems with articles by mistake not in stock results in no delivery resp. no possible change to another item instead = poor

I am glad to hear that the service and delivery were excellent, but very sorry to hear you were unhappy about the out of stock items. All our scarves are hand loomed and this means we only order in very small quantities compared to other larger companies. Unfortunately the two choices you made were both out of stock and I can totally understand why this was frustrating. I hope you will take up the offer of free overseas postage when the scarves are back in stock. We really value your business and appreciate your feedback.
