Sarah was very attentive and answered masses of questions that I asked
I made my order but did not receive a confirmation, and had no idea as to when to expect my delivery. Could do with a great deal more in the way of communication.

Every customer should get a confirmation email and the website states that items are sent by first class recorded delivery, which takes around 2 days. We are currently not offering next day delivery as we are very busy during the sale but this will be re-introduced shortly.
