Thankyou for your great review of No.57 Hop Cottage, the owners are delighted that it's location, space and quality of furnishings helped you have a fantastic holiday. We recognise that the WIFI is currently restricted and internet speeds can be slow however, we are very pleased to tell you that fibre broadband will be installed in the new year achieving much faster speeds. Good Morning, we are very sorry and disappointed to hear that some of your amenities were impacted during your holiday. If ourselves, house keeping or maintenance had been notified we would of easily been able to rectify your issues. Thank you for your feedback and apologies if you were expecting to be greeted upon your arrival. All Willingcott properties work on guests having independent access via a key safe this also supports our current Covid risk assessment. I'm very pleased however to hear that when contacting our team you were met with a quick response.Like yourselves we are very disappointed that we have not been able to open the swimming pool this year, it was a difficult decision. We hope you understand that the additional restrictions on supervision and usage would have made operation of our fun family pool unworkable. The pool is an important facility at Willingcott and we can assure you that it will be ready to open again in May 2021. Property specific feedback has been sent to the owners and cleaning team, thankyou.
