Nice cottage, shame about the lack of facilities.

The accommodation was good. Very clean and well equipped. If the ensuite had a WC I would give it 5 stars. There were a few niggling items which could have been better like the lock missing on the GF...

Thank you for your feedback of No.70 Pippin cottage and that you felt your holiday was value for money. In addition to the swimming pool, 2 play areas and lounge area with free WiFi and free pool table the main part of the clubhouse is currently under refurbishment. We've ceased work over the summer as to not disturb guests. We will have the bar, toilets facilities and a food provision open in 2023, we hope to welcome you back. Thank you.

So pleased to hear you and the family had lovely holiday at No.57 Hop cottage. I have passed on your feedback to housekeeping and the owners, thank you. Whilst both bedrooms benefit from a shower en-suite, there just isn't room for the addition of a toilet. The cottage does have the family bathroom upstairs and downstairs cloakroom. Our 4-bed cottages with the additional capacity have toilets in the en-suite bathrooms. Please come and stay again.

Many apologies that the clubhouse wasn't able to be open during your stay and that this impaired you and your families holiday. The whole clubhouse is under refurbishment to reinstate the bar and resturant for 2023. We were able to partially open the clubhouse from Monday 18th July '22 once the electrics and fire alarms were in place. Guests now have access to a lounge area with free WIFI, tourist information and a free pool table. Thank you for your feedback.

Great and straight forward.

Everything was great except arranging a cot and High chair was harder than it had to be. I added it to the booking but had to confirm we wanted it by email and phone too. A lot of faff!
