I fully appreciate your frustration for the delays when travelling with us however, the safety of our customers and crew is our highest priority. With the unpredictably of the weather, we do not plan cancellations the day before and ultimately, it is down to the Captain on the day. Hello, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. I am sorry that you were disappointed by the cost of your journey and for the refreshments onboard. We use Flexi-Pricing, which means that prices for a particular crossing may increase in line with demand for that crossing. Our fares also reflect the cost of running our service (which is not subsidised). The sooner you book, the more likely you are to pay a lower fare and fares will generally get higher the closer you get to the sailing date, particularly during busier times. Costa opens at 10:00 on St Clare 7 days a week. I am sorry that you sailed before the opening time. I will be sure to pass on your feedback to our Management team as we look for ways to improve.
