As a broker we use a panel of lenders to obtain the best deals for our customers. In this instance as you have stated your journey started well with What Credit Limited however I appreciate you did experience some delays direct with the lender. We have addressed this and the lender has implemented some changes, please feel free to contact the lender direct who would be happy to change your payment date from the 15th to the 24th. With regards to the APR, as a broker we search a panel of lenders to obtain the best deal for a customers credit proifle. Unfortunately the lenders dictate the APR in relation to the customers individual credit profile. I am hopeful that in the future this current agreement will help repair your credit profile and am confident we will be able to improve on your current APR next time round.
