Thank for your feedback, I am disappointed to hear you experienced these issues however after looking into he lender that financed your vehicle for you they actually take over the process from us at the first contact so we did not actually deal with you in house. We pride ourselves on our customer service and speedy processes so was surprised to read your comments.
