Hi, Thank you for the constructive feedback, We'll take on board your feedback and see if we can utilize it to make any improvements but just to add clarity to the 2 points raised, please see below: The laying guide should be used as just a 'guide' as titled, every application and job is different and following the plan to the letter ofter causes more issues than trying to use it as a guide. We recommend a 15-20mm joining gap for Yorkstone because this is how the product was designed, it's a traditional product with rustic edges so the wider joints look more traditional, other products have much smaller recommended pointing gaps (porcelain for example is just 4mm)
