Your order was placed on 22/03 and dispatched on 26/03, so it is still within the expected 10 working day delivery window, although I understand it’s frustrating not to have received it yet. If the item hasn’t arrived by 10/04, please contact us at enquiries@westminstercollection.com - this extended time is due to the Bank Holiday. To clarify, only the initial order has been charged for. While the item is part of a subscription, no further payments have been processed. As the first item has now been sent, the subscription can be cancelled through your online account by heading to “My Subscriptions”..
