After my first post commenting on the poor manufacture of a trolley truck I bought, Welco wrote (and rang) offering to replace the item free of charge. It's a good offer, since the trolley is now several months old. Seems to me they are serious about customer support.

We had to wait weeks for delivery and then the trolleys broke within a week…

Thank you for your comments. However, they do not relate to Welco. You have placed an order with us for some posts to suit the train dividers. The value of this order was £166 including vat. This order was placed on May 26th and delivered in full by June 7th. The order was placed via our website and paid for by credit card. The price shown on the website for the item that you ordered marries up with the price shown on your order acknowledgement and invoice. We have checked with our accounts dept who confirm that no monies are outstanding, and you have not been sent any follow up letters for £3.00. It is our company policy to not chase for any money outstanding with a value of less than £17.00. We believe that you bought the train dividers elsewhere, and your comments regarding poor service relate to this other company.

You are correct. I have been mistaken - my criticism should have gone to the company who delivered the dividers. That was actually another issue which I had completely forgotten about - the Kiddi train dividers came without the posts to hold them up - even though they are shown in every catalogue picture and we understood these to be part of the purchase. I made sure I ordered these from a different supplier as I was so unhappy with the service of this company by then. I sincerely apologise for posting my comments on your site when it had nothing to do with your company. Please remove my comments since they do not relate to your company.
