Thank you for your comments. Our quote was sent to you on October 25th with a lead time stated of 30 working days. Your order was received and processed on November 9th and our acknowledgment had a due by date of December 9th. These goods are manufactured to order and will always take between 4 and 6 working weeks depending on production capacity at the time of order placement. The goods were despatched from our works on December 8th. We therefore believe that we fulfilled our lead time promise to you and we are sorry if this did not meet with your expectations on this occasion.
