Dissapointed in communication
I did not receive my vitamins. I called and they were really helpful and sent out next day. I then added original vitamins to my order but again not received them. I have left messages and emails but...

Hard to cancel and better products on the market
Hard to cancel their subscription service - they seem to want to make it hard to keep taking your money. Had to reach out to them via email rather than just press cancel

Just so you know we'll be launching a "cancel" option in the next few weeks, so should you come back to us, you can cancel yourself online any time you like. We're doing this to give customers more flexibility.

Lovely look and tastes, maybe takes a while to feel the benifits
They are lovely tasting and packaged vitamins but yet to feel any of the benifits or difference. Maybe this will come in time.

Many of our customers notice a positive change with 2 to 3 months, however it is important to remember that every body is unique and some benefits can be more subtle and felt gradually over time.
