I'm very sorry about the high cost of delivery to Northern Ireland, it is something that we keep trying to improve, but unfortunately it is controlled by the charges made by the various carriers we use (strangely this is much less of a problem for delivery to Southern Ireland).
You are correct our site does apply a standard charge for deliveries to each region, however if you are looking for a small item, please place your order by phone and we may be able to find a lower price, perhaps using the postal service rather than a carrier.
