Thank you for providing us with your feedback. Having looked into this, it is simply untrue to state that your emails were ignored. You sent an email on the 19th June at 11:14; a reply was sent at 11:17, three minutes later. It may have been the case that the email went in to the wrong folder, but we certainly responded very promptly to your request for a refund, as we do for all customers.
