The watch was sent out quickly but unfortunately Royal Mail took 3 days to deliver it 😒 not the fault of watchpilot I know but I think Royal Mail let them down

Hi Mary, Yes, it seems on this occasion RM's Tracked 48 service should have been renamed Tracked 72.... Apologies on their behalf for this extra day, hope it didn't spoil your enjoyment too much.

Not your fault ar all. Just was annoying as I stayed in all day as Royal Mail said my parcel was coming that day but it failed to turn up then the next day they said the same so I stayed in again, at 3pm gave up all hope of it coming & went out for couple of hours, sure enough it then turned up while I was out !! Luckily they must have asked my neighbour if they would take it in, which they did. Just about the only think Royal Mail done right. But thank you so much for your reply so nice to have a company respond back

Great company. Great price only let down is using royal mails delivery serv

Send watch straight away great price. Only problem is Royal Mail as always. DPD all the way but totally understand there is probably a reason you use Royal mail
