Thank you for your feedback and we are pleased you loved the van and the service provided. We do provide a extensive guide book for the campervan as well as a thorough handover to ensure you are able to fully use the campervan. We are happy to answer any questions regarding bookings via phone, email or indeed live chat, its just the actual booking that has to be made via the website and not over the phone.
