Good start, but failed to keep up that service performance

The car was returned on time and the fit and finish were fantastic. Swap over from the courtesy car to my vehicle was s seamless. Couldn’t have been happier.
Certainly reduced the amount of stress involved and peace of mind my vehicle would be repaired to Volvo standards maintaining the high level of safety.
I have been a fan of Volvo and appreciate that bundling the car and the same brand "Insurance Company" together is an emotional purchase... Never again!
