Hello Lara, we did try to make it as clear and transparent during the process that with this special promotion the order times would be extended and orders were being dispatched after 7 working days + the additional delivery time. Hello George, thanks for your feedback. The item you received is the full-size product, and they are meant to fit the contours of your under-eye, so anything larger would not be fit for purpose - hopefully, that makes sense. We also try to make the packaging as small as possible to cut down on wastage.
