In relation to the product and the F47 fault code. We are aware that some customers experience similar problems with this appliance, however we do not believe it to be a common problem. After checking the Which? reviews with you on the phone we did notice that Whirlpool have added a reassuring message. This details that they have identified the issue and explain that it can be easily rectified by an engineers visit.
