Delivered at promised date, easy to book an exact date. Had to return the item, arranged home pick-up which was also easy to arrange. Overall very happy the service.

Poor quality goods

Good service, was informed in advance of the delay. The bras are comfortable and very soft on the skin.

Had to got to store twice to pick up and the store lost the package. Asked for a refund immediately and still awaiting refund after a week.

The leggings weren’t the correct size and the bra was okay but not as I expected it. I really Love Victoria’s Secret and have bought from here many times before and nothing like this has happened but...

Arrived before date stated . Ordered different sizes , took 1 back to next store for refund . Brilliant service

Arrived late and it was a birthday gift . I had to chase up delivery .

Terrible service no goods no refund and its over a month. Just emails saying sorry. But still getting no where.
