Took out lifetime cover& once dog got to 8 pre-existing conditions became excluded

Good service, no problems so far.
No problems so far. But not keen on them using the company Premium Credit when paying monthly as I have had problems in the past cancelling agreements with them.

Been insured 1.5yrs but never needed to claim so can't comment to much. Setting up insurance was easy an fast and on bank holidays/easter/xmas I get emails with emergency telephone numbers if I need...
