Hi Katie, I have managed to look into this - your original pickup time of 07:00 was logged with our ground ops, there was an error on the eticket showing 06:30 - I understand after checking further you were at the airport for 07:20 for a 09:05 departure - apologies for the error on the eticket - apart from that hope everything else was ok
