We use verdent often and never had a problem staff always go the extra mile to make your stay enjoyable.

Disappointed!!!
The staff were helpful and friendly. I think as the sight was not very busy not enough attention was given to guests who were staying.

Can't fault it
The staff were helpful and pleasant, particularly the bar and security staff went out of their way to chat to us and make us feel welcome
