I'm so sorry for the delay in getting back to you. We're not in the office over the weekend and are a small team here, but we are doing our best to respond to everyone quickly and efficiently.
In this case, we would happily send you a replacement bottle if an item was faulty, all we request is an image of the damage or leaking bottle once you've received it. This is so we can identify how it was broken and can confirm this was done in transit.

Bought the product arrived really quick, 1 bottle leaked in transit. Sent a picture to customer services and they dispatched a replacement bottle straight away.
