Hi there, thank you for leaving a review. I'm sorry to hear that your order arrived later than expected. The reason for this was due to Royal Mail striking for 2 days each week around the time that you placed the order, which caused delays for our customers with receiving their orders. I can see that your parcel arrived on the 12th Dec. We are implementing more couriers this year for our customers so that it speeds up the process and prevents this from happening in the future. Not really an acceptable reason. Everyone was well aware of the strikes. You should have used a different courier, or simply made that delivery option unavailable as the only reason I purchased so much was so I could get free 24hr delivery. You are responsible for the promises you make, not Royal Mail. Excuses excuses.
Very easy to use ,always on time and fantastic value. Will never use any one else again , favours are spot on

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review, I apologise that you have had this experience with us. I can see that your order was dispatched on the same day you ordered, but unfortunately, was not delivered until later on that month. I do apologise that you have had this experience with our courier service. During the month of December, there were two strikes a week which sadly has backlogged Royal Mail. Please bare with us as we are looking into these problems and are looking on taking on further courier services to help during any occasion.
