Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I am sorry to hear that you've had issues opening the e-liquid bottles, this is something we are currently looking into!
As the 10ml bottles have to be sealed tightly due to the nicotine content, there is an active safety seal. This shouldn't be such a struggle to get into so I do apologise!
