I’m sorry to hear that your order hasn’t arrived yet, I have tracked it and I can see it is still on the way to you.
Unfortunately, as it has now left our facilities, we have no control over the order or how quickly it arrives. International orders can sometimes take longer than expected to arrive due to import checks, customs and other factors.
You are more than welcome to contact customs yourself, if there is anything you need from us in order to release the item then do let us know. If the import is denied for any reason, they will most likely send the order back to us. If this happens, we can either issue a refund or re-send it with a different courier.

I paid for Express shipping that aim to deliver on 5-7 days, and now after 3 weeks your telling me we don’t have control? How can claim for other shipment or for compensation

Hello,
You have paid for International Tracked Delivery, this has no estimated delivery time as this varies from country to country and has to be passed from Royal Mail to your country's delivery partner.
There is no way for the parcel to travel from the UK to Saudi Arabia in 7 days, it's usually a lot longer than that due to customs and import checks!
We hope that your parcel will arrive soon, please keep an eye on your tracking link for further updates.
