Hi Charlie thank you for taking the time to review Vape and Juice. I notice that you felt the item Wismec Reux tank you ordered on the 20th January took too long and as such we have been down scored on that.
Unfortunately with Pre-Ordering a new product, you are agreeing to wait for a product until it arrives in stock. That causes the perceived delay. The item was not in stock until the 23rd as advertised, the item was ordered on the 20th.
You did also take advantage of the money saving free shipping option we subsidise, this is never going to be as quick a postal service as a paid for express option (We do also state this at checkout), but what you lose in time, you save in money. I understand this postal standard and the item being a pre-order has made you feel the wait was a long time.
For us, we strive to ensure we get the best feedback through being frank and honest, here though there isn't anymore that we can have done for our part of the trade - all we can do is advise you when and where an item is and hope you appreciate a postage saving when it does.
I hope you can appreciate where we are coming from here and consider our service star rating in light of this explanation.
