Hopeless
Make sure it actually happens properly. It didn’t for me and took several calls to both old and new provider to resolve.

Too busy for customers?
Said would hear from provider - after that heard nothing. Tried phoning but you were too busy to take calls. Went direct to provider and they dealt with it instantly

Excellent and easy to follow
Easy to access website, quick turnaround of switching.great way of checking good price saving company’s, by switching I have saved £420

I already had smart meters but british gas told me they would not recognise them and so I now have to give my own readings this is crazy
