Initially I was quite annoyed with the matter. Now that Unwins have corrected the issue with excellent customer service which is more important to deal with the situation than ignore it. My opinion of Unwins is now a complete turn around.

We are very sorry that your Lupin was substituted.Unfortunately there was a germination failure with the Lupin and we were unsure as to when the seed would be ready.
We therefore arranged substitutions for customers so they were not left without green manure.
