Came quickly, as promised. Could have clearer labelling for sizes (i.e. it's visible on each page, not via a pop-up that sometimes navigates to the wrong part!)
My order was placed when there was a problem with Hermes deliveries before Xmas. It would have saved a lot of stress if United Direct could get an up to date list of the status of each order instead...
