Everything happened efficiently but the information about the booking was a bit ‘pedantic’ ....... eg. listing every towel separately and then saying they were free. (this had already been mentioned...

Prompt booking service, good description of the cottage and its amenities, helpful when our arrival was delayed by a car breakdown, quick refund of housekeeping deposit.

GOOD WEBSITE. HELPFUL SERVICE
IT WAS EASY TO BOOK ON THEIR WEBSITE. THE COTTAGE WAS CLEARLY DESCRIBED AND THE PHOTOS HONEST AND HELPFUL. I HAVE CONTACTED UNIQUE COTTAGES ON ONE ISSUE AND THEIR RESPONSE WAS FAST AND GOOD.

Excellent cottage, could do with some a few minor remedial works
Cottage well set out , very clean and well stocked with important items such as cleaning items such as washing tablets for dish washer and washing machine. Great starter items such as milk and coffee.

Everything was straight forward and efficient. The house was beautiful and in a wonderful setting with everything I needed for a relaxing break. I would definitely rebook if going back to the Borders.
