Sorry to hear of your experience with Unicorn Stairlifts. Please be assured that we would never take advantage of people in need and we always make sure that our prices are as clear as possible. We would love to offer more money however the item is bespoke and we do have to consider a number of costs including survey, preparation, administrative costs, fuel costs, insurance, installation, warranty, 24 hour engineer cover and removal costs. I know it's no consolation but we are one of only a small number of companies that actually buy stairlifts back after use.
