Service was great, blinds received but had not tapes so they arrange collection to have tapes fitted and returns within in a week. Easy to contact my email and they kept me updated.

Ordered blinds twice in 2 weeks. The website says 3 days guaranteed, but the first order took a week. I called for the second order as needed them within 5 days and got told if I order before 12.00pm...

Wood venetian products have a estimated dispatch time of 3-5 working days (subject to stock availability), however there is also a 48hr delivery allowance on top of that.
