Either incompetent or liars
Products are good, but customer service is terrible. I asked for delivery to be delayed because I'd be away - they told me they would delay delivery, but they didn't. Goods turned up while I was 200...

Despite the hype all over their web page that they guarantee despatch within 3 working days they manage to talk their way out of their responsibilities. Order places at 10 am on a Sunday therefore 3...

Unfortunately, deliveries out with our standard delivery addresses as designated by our carriers, and certainly out with mainland UK delivery addresses will incur addition delivery charges and timescales.
