All of our samples are cut from the same fabric batches used for production, but variances can occur depending on dye lots and lighting conditions. With regard to compensation, our team followed our policy, which allows for consideration when an order exceeds the stated lead time. In this case, the order was dispatched one working day outside the estimate, and we sincerely apologise that our explanation caused further frustration. One of the three blinds in your order was unfortunately out of stock at the time of processing, which caused the delay. Regarding measure insurance, after reviewing the order, it was not added or charged at checkout, which is why it does not appear on the invoice.
