I'm glad the item is now with you and I hope it fits your needs, I can only say that unfortunately couriers do occasionally cause issues with deliveries and it can be out of our control, we can only try to fix them as best we can. product took ages to arrive and Iwas charged £8+ for delivery when the first class postage was under £3 Jiffy bag £1? would like the difference back pls Very disappointed

I could see the cost of delivery and expected the delivery to reflect the cost which it didn't. I think you are making excessive profit from the delivery charge. Poor service all round and putting the onus on me when I don't know how good the delivery will be poor to receiving. Even more disappointed now !!
