Easy to find hotels (some were only available on UTC and not other websites), and at better prices than some of the main booking engines.

Great prices, it was a little confusing that your room descriptions did not match those on the hotel website so we aren't sure what sort of room we are getting!

Excellent service - I booked online (got a really good saving) but then the people on the phone helped me make some changes and add transfers.
