We aim to fulfil all our orders however sometimes we run out of stock, particularly during busy times like sales. Our website does not display stock in real time, hence the reason you can order items that turn out to be unavailable. I can confirm that your order is in store and is ready for collection. When you choose to collect an order in store the delivery time will vary from store to store but it will usually be within 3 to 5 working days. I am sorry to hear you did not receive correspondence from us to advise your order was ready to collect. When an order is received at the store and scanned in an automatic text and/or email is generated to the customer. Unfortunately this did not happy on this occasion. Please bring the following items with you in order to collect your order: 1. Proof of purchase - a copy of your confirmation email or your sales receipt, or text message. 2. Your payment card – for your protection against fraud, we cannot release your order without seeing your payment card or a form of photo ID (passport of driving licence only). 3. If someone else is collecting the goods on your behalf, they must present your proof of purchase, as well as their own photo ID (passport or photo driving licence only). Kind Regards, Anthony
