Hi again! Having checked your paperwork and eVoucher, everything is spelt correctly. The error occurred on the customer tracker that generates the Feefo review request. Apologies again though for the concern caused.

So sorry to hear that you still haven't received your vouchers. We sent the vouchers to you by 1st class post on the 12th December, so within 24 hours of you placing the order. We have no control over the post I'm afraid, and at this time of year, post can take a little longer to get through. We will post you another set of vouchers tomorrow (Monday), plus we will also email you a set of eVouchers. Apologies again for your frustration.

Thank you for your feedback. Yes sorry we couldn't offer you your preferred dates. Many centres do close over the winter period hence why we let you know straight away. Hopefully though the weather will have warmed up when you do your jump! Good luck with your fundraising!
