Il trebbio is a stunning property that goes back 800 years they say. the wife with those 5 foot think walls is an issue. the owners have been battling with it but they are worried that by adding a more sophisticated system in they are going to have problems in maintaining it. 5 years ago there was NO internet at all so things are better, maybe in the near future something simplistic can be added that might improve the reception in these very old buildings. thank you again for your thoughts. i of course hope that you might return again, in the near future and stay in again in one of our beautiful properties.

This is a fantastic property in a great location to see florence. the kitchen is on the first floor which does complicate eating outside but those views of the small hamlet and the countryside are quite special. I hope you enjoyed having dinner at Omero, not the best place for a vegetarian but so handy as its just 100 yards from the property. Thank you again for your feedback.

Good online booking service. Property details fairly accurate - it was not clear that there was no mobile signal and that Wifi in the property was extremely limited. We were in effect out of contact...

Dear Mr. langdon, I have to be honest and i have never really thought about adding a note if there is a decent mobile reception or not. I think its something that is worth adding, I really appreciate your feedback as there is always something to learn from our clients. The wifi in thee old houses is a serious pain. those thick walls really limit the signals. 4 years ago there was no internet so maybe tuscany in the country side might catch up the rest of the world. I shall have one of my staff check the directions and lets see if we can improve the,. as for GPS, we get so many of our clients let down that we are thinking of taking them out of the directions we pass to our clients.

We have so many of our clients that just love villa Atena and its laid back location. Vicchio is small but full of charm as the rest of the Mugello. Thanks for the heads up on the Toyota garage, I shall have my staff amend the directions. I was not sure what you meant previously, now I do, Signange for the villa... I shall speak to the owners and see if they can add a sign to the side of the house, but there might be an issue as its in that small village so they might not be able to do by law. thank you again for your feedback, Casa Paggetti is a really charming home in a very beautiful area of Tuscany. i do hope that you will return soon and use our services again.
