I felt comfortable that we had all documents we needed
Lucy Moon who I spoke to was very helpful. She advised us about what we would need for travelling, documents etc and booked emirates chauffeur service.

The agent dealing with my holiday was very helpful and friendly.
The agent was very friendly and recommended different alternatives to me. She did not mind providing a number of quotes until I was happy and wanted to proceed.
