When did you call us, was it within our trading hours? We have received a email from you 8pm on Saturday. Of which we have replied to already. The product we have sent you is correct and if you follow these few steps

There is a sleeve / collar inside of your cell housing that you need to remove before the new cell is inserted. I have attached the manual with instructions on how to do this (section 1.1.11). Zodiac changed the design of their cell a few years ago so some housings have this collar inserted and some to not.

We would be happy to take the product back if you are not happy in any way.
