I paid for an Air Canada flight, then cancelled but the airline kept $400
Website works well. Customer service rep was polite and helped refund my taxes charged. Air Canada refused to change a flight or refund $400 of my money.

I always have a good experience when booking with Travelocity. The booking process is easy and I always find a good deal. I like being able pay online, or being able to pay at the hotel.
