They were very helpful and pleasant to deal with. However we have since had a number of phone calls so they could "touch base"with us. This is a tad annoying.

UPDATE: To my great surpise, following my earlier feedback as part of this review process I was contacted by the agent's supervisor, Reeshah, and she advised me she would take over my booking with my permission. What a breath of fresh air! Reeshah has kept me informed and has worked hard to resolve my issues. I appreciate good service and it's likely I will use her again. Thank you for having an effective review process in place.

I would also like to mention the consultant told me he booked a mid ship balcony room, i paid extra for it in case my husband gets sea sick. Room 7307, to discover afterwards, it is only several rooms from the back of the ship..... how is that midship? I could have saved hundreds and got onboard credit by booking a room to be allocated when i boarded. Onboard credit would be the least i should get

Hello karen. I beg to differ. I have not been contacted by an agent to discus my issues. I did receive a call to see if i wanted to receive hot deals from your company. I have no missed calls, and have answered every phone call. Please Karen, lets be honest here...... i look forward to receiving a call from management, but I wont be holding my breath. I have to say the rating for service is rapidly declining, somewhat like my patience
