BEWARE. Unfortunately my initial impression turned into DISAPPOINTMENT when I called the company a month later to organize my insurance. Not only they did not want to do anything about the incorrectly booked 'window obstruction' instead of the requested 'no window obstruction', they DID NOT EVEN APOLOGIZE after I posted my original comment. THE ORIGINAL INSURANCE QUOTE WAS INCORRECT. On top of it, I was informed that my booked cabin has BUNK BEDS. This I was NEVER informed about, it did not come up during the original booking and it does not state anywhere on the booking confirmation - and is obviously unsuitable for an older couple. NOW I DON'T KNOW IF MY HUSBAND EVEN WANTS TO GO ON THE CRUISE - it was supposed to be a present. Still hoping that the company will correct it, the cruise leaves in 3 weeks. The original booking agent was Jack (pleasant but now I am not sure whether he was properly trained) and the lady helping me now is Angela (very helpful but apparently not much she can do).
