The passengers have departed on their cruise, however, as first cruisers, the first consultant said he’d post out some Lanyards for them. Well. They waited, and waited, and I thought maybe it would come in the last week. Wrong, nothing arrived. Add to this, it looks like they didn,t get the OBC which was supposed to be included. Based on this,( Dispite the fact Ben handled my main complaint, ) I doubt I will use the agency again. I could have booked the cruise direct on line, and got the same price, and would have been assured it was going to get what I booked. But thanks to Ben, at least he avoided a complete disaster.
