Paid for next day delivery didn't get it for 2 days promised refund of postage still waiting after 2 phone calls and several emails been over a week now

Hi Michael Our cut off time for next day orders is ordered 12pm as outlined on our website shipping policy page. The product was sent the next working day, for next day deliver and we refunded the £7.99 as goodwill.

Normally very good but this was rubbish quality.
Send out parts that are complete. Rubbish quality and the one critical seal, in fact the only bit I needed was missing. Make getting the replacement much easier. With the van off the road I had to...

Unfortunately in this case there was a manufacturing fault on the product. We had to wait for the part to be returned to determine this. We refunded once the part was received back. This is our policy and the same as many parts suppliers. we have to check and ensure the part is returned to protect against fraud.
