We appreciate your feedback relating to the food and wine that was provided on this trip, and were sorry to learn that it may not have met your expectations at times. We will ensure that our Quality Control team are informed of your disappointment with the meal at the Audeley Pub. Your feedback for our Travel Director, Anna, is really lovely, and we will pass it along to her Manager to share with her. The knowledge that our Travel Director's possess is astounding, and really helps to draw our guests deeper into their destination.

How wonderful it was to read that both our Travel Director and Coach Driver, Rachel and Tommy, were able to collectively make your experience with us that much better. For more time at each location, we kindly suggest looking into our At Leisure style trips, which also have later start times and additional free to further explore the unique sights.
